I’m here to help explain some of the changes that JT have made to their customer payment experience.

What has changed?

As part of an on-going programme to improve customer service and experience, JT have introduced a state of the art billing system. The changes are designed to improve how our customers are able interact with us and provide you with greater flexibility in managing and controlling your accounts. This change represents a significant investment from JT in striving to provide services and products to continually better meet the needs of our customers.

The key improvements are:-

  •  Introducing a clearer and more easy to understand new look invoice
  • Providing a new dedicated self-service analytic tool and web based system to allow you to manage your JT Account (JT Billing Manager)
  • Providing a range of easy payment methods suitable for everyone
