2002 
  • Wave Telecom applies for a 2G and 3G Mobile and purchases Atlas Telecom. 
2003
  • Wave Telecom sign a £2m deal  with the Jersey Electricity Company to use the CIEG fibre-optic cable that links Guernsey to Jersey and France.
2004
  • Wave Telecom launch new Telephone Directory.
  • Wave launch a fixed line service to Guernsey customers and host the first 'Summer Wave' concert, raising £20,000 for charity.
  • Wave Telecom provides infrastructure for emergency services new radio network and showcases 3G technology.
2005
  • Wave extends its mobile network to cover the entire Bailiwick and open a new shop on the high street.
2006
  • Wave signs up its 10,000th mobile customer and invests £7 million in a new submarine cable.
2007
  • Wave add BlackBerry to their smartphone portfolio.         
2008
  • Wave launch a new Mobile and Broadband bundled service and sponsor Guernsey Live, Guernsey's biggest ever music festival.
  • Wave launch new online billing system and Apple iPhone 3G. 
2009
  • Wave appoints new chairman. 
  • Wave acquire Newtel Guernsey, including datacentres at St George’s and First Tower Lane in St Peter Port.
2010
  •  Wave reached key milestone of £40 million investment in Guernsey.
  • Wave re-open First Tower Lane datacentre following investment in facilities.
2011
  • Wave launch trial of 1 Gigabit (1024Mb) speeds for the first time in Guernsey using fibre-optic cabling at Royal. Terrace residential development.
  • Wave announce 5 year growth strategy.
  • Wave conduct 4G / LTE trials.
2012
  •  Wave appoint a new MD.
  • Selected as preferred supplier by States of Guernsey to deliver a WAN.
