If you have a JT pay monthly MyMobile or MyMobile Business contract, you can make the most of JT Broadband from only £18 per month.  Alternatively, you can use the broadband service by itself for just £22.99.

How do I set up the service, if I’m new to broadband?
When your service is connected we will send you an information pack, with a username and password along with some basic instructions. This is relatively straightforward and you can do it yourself. However, if you wish, a JT engineer can install the service for a reasonable charge. As a guide, it takes on average 30 minutes to install a wired modem and 60 minutes with a wireless modem. Our engineering work has an initial charge of £60, which includes the first 30 minutes of labour. Work is charged at £30 for every 30 minutes thereafter.

Planned Works
From the 30th January a series of planned works will be carried out to the Broadband network in the Perelle area. The work is estimated to take approximately 3 weeks to complete and will be carried out during normal hours. During the works customers may experience a momentary outage of their Broadband service which should last no more than 2 minutes per line. Should you experience any problems during the upgrade please restart your router, should the problem persist please contact us on 882882.
