On travelling to the UK my sister used my phone and accidently put mobile data on and within the space of a few minutes I received texts saying my roaming was on and the bill was huge. I contacted JT from the UK as soon as it happened and Elliot helped me and told me to contact him once I got the June bill.  Julie Harrison also spoke to me and assisted in sorting this out with Elliot. I have had my account credited, Elliot called me this morning to let me know and I thanked him for his help, I also contacted Julie to thank her. This is customer Excellence at its best and they both deserve to be to be praised for their help and for ensuring the customer is looked after.

I would just like to send a note to say how impressed I was with the work Shoni completed today to optimise our home Wi-Fi on my new fibre service. Not only was he very courteous and knowledgeable but he thoroughly tested all areas of our home to ensure the Wi-Fi was as efficient as it could be, given the limitations within the property. He also gave very clear instructions for future trouble shooting and how I could further improve the network with some cat 5 investment which is something I will consider purchasing in the near future. Yesterday and today I have spoken to Toni, Spencer and Jake in your JT Fibre Team and I just had to send you an e-mail to say what a credit they are to JT. I am chronically ill, partially disabled with neurological disorders and I have talked to Toni at great length about Fibre Optic Broadband and it has been an absolute pleasure. She is very understanding, caring, reassuring, helpful and knowledgeable and I look forward to speaking to her in the future for assistance and guidance.

Good business and phenomenal customer support.... With all the bad publicity JT has received over the last few months I would like to share my experience at the JT shop. From entering up until I left the building I was impressed with the way Maurice and Eric resolved my query. It's very heart-warming to be served by helpful, kind and courteous individuals. Thank you to you both Maurice and Eric. You have phenomenal skills. Hope you both have a lovely weekend and thank you both once again.

Please pass on to Paul's Manager that we are very happy with the service that we received from Paul.  He was so helpful and polite.  Paul talked us through lots and was very knowledgeable.  He confirmed what the issues were and what best to do to resolve them until Fibre is fitted. We could not fault the service we received and are very happy. I just wanted to share this as I feel that people are quick to complain but maybe not so good at giving feedback when they receive great service.

Pippa, thank you so much for doing all this, you have no idea how much this is appreciated. You are a credit to your company and I hope they give you a pay rise, because I have read all the comments about you and you certainly deserve one. I can now forgive the delay in getting my service sorted out when I receive exceptional customer service like this. I have been a customer of Jersey Telecom since I came to Jersey in 1988 and I would like to think it will stay that way. Thank you for advising me of the mobile app too, I will certainly use this to view my data usage.Thanks once again.

A big THANK YOU to Glenn Leggett who helped me on the 8th March 2016. I am usually not patient when waiting in shops, but this wait was worth it. Not only Glenn was so helpful but he also provided me with excellent customer service. I left JT super happy. Why? Because, he listened to my needs and I left with a brand new iPhone 6 Gold - 64GB - Certified Pre-Owned which is actually brand new - ask him for details, he will let you know - and credit on my pay as you go. Total paid, £478. Amazing Value! Also, Glenn helped with JT Rewards, as I am setting up my business for me to advertise my page there. Sales couldn't be made so easy with him because he doesn't sell you the most expensive stuff but just what you need and can afford. Highly recommend dealing with him.

Last week I dropped my mobile phone in the water and had to go into the King Street store to see if I could have a new mobile phone put on my contract and also a new SIM card. Well to be honest the staff in the shop were fantastic very, very helpful and nothing seemed like too much trouble so within-in 20 minutes I had a new SIM card and a shiny brand new Nexus 5X. I just want to say a big thank you for such a sterling service it really is 1st class and all the other times I’ve had nothing but 1st class service all the way from the counter staff in the shop. I was treated very badly by sure last year so I switched back to JT and it’s the best move I ever made. Keep up the sterling work.

I went into your shop on the 28th of October and was promptly greeted by Glenn Leggett who briefly heard my concerns then led me to a desk to go through everything. He assured me that it would be near enough impossible for us to go over our usage in future and went on to write a full breakdown for me. With his manner, concern and way of clearly explaining he literally transformed me from a disgruntled customer to a very relieved and happy one. He also helped me with the JT app. I put a comment on my Facebook to which a few other friends also remarked how they had also found Glenn very helpful. In the past many of your front line staff have also been extremely helpful and informative, especially as they are often trying to work their way through a queue, however I just felt Glenn went that step further. Credit where credit is due :-)

The engineers were fantastic for a particularly difficult installation. They explained everything to me and left me with my internet connection even though they could not install the fibre on the first visit, they said they would be back the next day and they were.

I would like to take this opportunity to thank your team for the installation carried out at my home recently. The team arrived at the agreed date/time, Tuesday 1st Dec and both my wife and I were very impressed with their work. They both had a very positive attitude towards their task, could see what installation suited us best and worked efficiently to achieve the required objective in a short time. Checking everything and functioning correctly before departure. Please pass on my thanks to the team concerned.
