About the JT Prime Talk plan
The JT Prime Talk plan only applies to your phone line rental and does not discount any other JT product or service that you might already have added to your phone line service.
You can’t add further call packages to a phone line that has a JT Prime Talk plan and JT Prime Talk plan is only available on one phone line per eligible member of the household. (Although if you have a long term illness or you’re registered disabled you may qualify for additional Prime Talk packages).
The JT Prime Talk tariff is a residential only scheme and is not available on a business line, temporary line or payphone line.
Please note from 5th October JT is changing the pricing of calls to non-geographic numbers beginning with 08 and 09. The new pricing will be charged at 40 pence per minute from the start of the call. In addition there will be a service charge that the organisation you are calling will charge. This price is set by the organisation and they can advise how much this is.
