    March Roaming Policy

With the ongoing Coronavirus (COVID-19) situation we realise that some of our customers will have been impacted by travel restrictions when attempting to return home to the island. As a result, their roaming charges are likely to be higher than normal.

If your March roaming bill is higher than expected, please provide us with the following information and we will review your submission on a case-by-case basis to see how we can help you. We will endeavour to respond within the next 15 working days.
