The legal bit

A landline needs to be in place for a broadband service to be ordered. There is a £50 connection charge for new broadband connections unless you opt for the 24 month term with free connection. For all 40Mb, 60Mb and 100Mb broadband services, an engineer visit is required to install a new master socket. This installation is carried out by a 3rd party who will not configure any customer equipment. The engineer visit is free on a 24 month contract or £65 on all other contracts. T&C’s apply.
