Chief Technical Officer
Alessandro has over 25 years experience in the telecom sector. He served in Siemens, Orange, FT, DT, EE, BT, ALU and Nokia with roles including Chief Technical Officer for North & West Europe for Nokia and Network Strategy Director for EE. He guided the creation of Nokia’s 2030 vision initiatives and was pivotal in bringing 5G to the UK and Ireland. He also developed Innovative services like Emergency Services Network, Air to Ground, Global IoT platform and more recently Private network and Security.
Born in Italy, he studied telecommunication engineering at the University of Genoa and hold a master’s in marketing & sales. Alessandro excels in building strategic business relationships, negotiating, and influencing decisions. His foresight and ability to challenge the status quo make him a trusted corporate advisor.
Chief Operations Officer
Sara has over 20 years’ experience in the telecommunications industry. Her career at JT began in the Customer Accounts Team where she eventually became Head of Billing, before moving to the operations and network side of the business. As Chief Operations Officer Sara is responsible for the day-to-day administrative and operational functions of the business across the Channel Islands, as well as JT’s international customer and network operations.
Sara has a transformational leadership style with the ability to manage both technical and non-technical teams. With a focus and passion for operational excellence, Customer Experience, and process efficiency she is always seeking opportunities to develop strategies to improve operational practices and introduce improvement into business operations.
She is currently studying for her Chartered Director qualification with the IOD.
Chief Financial Officer
Having joined JT in July 2019, Hélène was appointed as Chief Financial Officer in April 2020. A graduate of the French business school ESCP, she also holds the French accounting diploma DECF. Hélène brings more than 25 years’ experience, having held various senior finance positions across different industry types. She started her career with Gemalto (now part of Thales Group) and more recently spent ten years with UBS. Hélène has worked in different countries including the UAE, Jersey and the USA. Representing Finance in senior management committees, she led a number of finance transformation projects with a positive impact to the business.
Chief Executive Officer
Daragh joined JT from PwC Consulting’s London office where he specialised in the provision of strategic, economic and regulatory policy advice to clients in the telecommunications sector. Prior to that, Daragh spent 5 years with KPMG’s Dublin office working in its technology, media and telecommunications division.
Daragh is a Fellow of the Institute of Chartered Accountants (“FCA”), a Fellow of the Institute of Chartered Secretaries and Administrators (“FCIS”), a Fellow of the Institute of Directors (“FIoD”) and a Chartered Director (“CDir”). He holds an honours degree in Business Studies from Dublin City University, a Diploma in Company Direction from the Institute of Directors, and a Graduate Diploma in Law from the College of Law, Guildford.

Angus has been the CEO of Smart Data Communications Company (DCC) since 2017. He has an extensive telecoms background, including roles in product management, marketing and service operations. As a Managing Director at BT, he was instrumental in the company achieving a world number one ranking for agent technical expertise and number two for agent responsiveness. He was also responsible for BT’s ISPco division, the fifth biggest white-label Internet Service Provider in the UK, running end-to-end services for EE, Vodafone, Post Office and SSE. As Senior Vice President of Vodafone’s Global Enterprise Products, Angus developed the company’s enterprise connectivity strategy and launched its global connectivity portfolio targeting SME and corporates, achieving revenue growth of 6% above market rates. Angus has a Masters degree in Business Management from the Henley Management College at the University of Reading and is a fellow of the Chartered Institute of Marketing.

Louise, is a senior financial professional with over 25 years’ experience in the telecoms industry, including board roles in both commercial and not for profit organisations. She has been the Chief Financial Officer of GSMA since 2014 where she is responsible for the business and financial performance of the association, which represents mobile network operators globally and hosts the world’s largest and most influential connectivity event, MWC. Louise is also the Treasurer of GSMA’s Mobile for Development Foundation Board, set up to oversee a wide range of activities where mobile technology can provide solutions to development challenges for underserved communities.
Her career has included several senior roles at Vodafone and Cable & Wireless, including Regional Financial Controller, Africa at Vodafone and Group Director, Investor Relations at Cable & Wireless. Louise is a qualified Chartered Accountant and has a Bachelor of Commerce (Honours) degree from the University of Birmingham.
Non-Executive Director, Senior Independent Director & Chair of the Remuneration Committee
Joe Moynihan is an experienced international financial services executive with senior level commercial and public sector experience. He has held a wide range of board level positions in Jersey and international businesses during a career that has spanned over 30 years. This includes being President of the Jersey Bankers Association, Chief Officer/Director of Financial Services for the States of Jersey and consultant to a number of financial services projects in Jersey and internationally. Joe has an MBA from the CASS Business School, University of London, is a fellow of the Association of Chartered Certified Accountants and a graduate of the Irish Institute of Bankers.
Chair
Andy brings over 40 years of leadership experience in telecoms, IT services, and digital innovation. He spent more than two decades at BT, where he held senior roles including CEO of BT Global Services, transforming it into a £9bn global business through strategic acquisitions and operational integration.
Following his tenure at BT, Andy served as Group CEO of Logica plc, successfully overseeing its sale to CGI. Since then, he has held numerous Chair and Senior Independent Director positions across global organisations in the public, private, and private equity sectors, including Gentrack, Lowell Group, Nominet, IG Group, and Airtel Africa and is also the current Chair of the charity WaterAid UK.
Andy was awarded a CBE in the Queen’s 2020 New Years Honours list for services to the Information Technology Sector and to the British Space Industry.
