Keeping You Informed About Annual Price Changes 

In March 2025, JT introduced annual price adjustments in a way that’s clear, simple, and predictable. This means: 

• All changes are shown in pounds and pence – not percentages or inflation-linked formulas. 

• You’ll know exactly what your monthly price will be and when it applies, giving you certainty and confidence.

When will changes happen? 

Increases will take effect each year on the bill you receive in April.

How much will prices change? 

Below are the increases that will be applied to each service, each year in April: 

• Broadband – £1.50 per month 

• Landline – £1.00 per month 

• Mobile – £1.00 per month 

• Mobile bolt-ons & boosters– £0.50 per month
  

Example 

If you take out a new mobile plan at £26 per month on a 24-month contract: 

• From April 2026, your price will increase to £27 per month 

• From April 2027, it will increase to £28.00 per month 

This way, you know upfront what to expect throughout your contract.

Why do we increase our prices? 

These changes help us continue investing in our networks to provide you with the best experience now and in the future, while keeping our pricing fair and transparent.
