We understand the importance of reliability and are continually investing to ensure we deliver high quality, reliable services for you.

To support these ongoing improvements, we will be adjusting the price of our services from April 2025.  This year, we are simplifying the price change by presenting it in pounds and pence, so as to make this information as transparent and easy to follow as possible.

The following services will increase from April:

• Landline - up to £1 increase
• Mobile - up to £1 increase
• Bolt-ons and other miscellaneous services - up to £0.50 increase
• Please note, there are no increases to our broadband services

If you wish to cancel your JT contract due to these changes, you can do so by contacting us no later than 28th May 2025.

Please note, if you are paying monthly for devices purchased from us, you will need to settle all outstanding payments on your account before your services are terminated or ported to another provider. You can view the balance of your device purchases by using the 'My JT' App.
