JT Group, together with its strategic partner CVC DIF, are pleased to confirm that following all required regulatory approvals, the acquisition of Manx Telecom was formally completed on Friday 15th May.
This marks an important milestone for JT and strengthens their position as the largest full‑service telecoms provider across the Crown Dependencies, combining strong local foundations with the sector expertise and long‑term investment support of CVC DIF.
