Please note, a software upgrade to the fixed landline and broadband network will take place in phases over the next few weeks.
The work will take place between midnight and 06.00am on Wednesdays and Thursdays from 13th February to 12th March, covering different locations on each occasion, details can be found here.
During this maintenance users will be unable to make or receive landline calls for a maximum of 15 minutes.
Note: the mobile network will continue to work, however some users may experience reduced coverage.
Any customer without a mobile phone, who is concerned about this short outage can contact JT on 882882 or visit our retail store to request a loan mobile phone for use over this time.
